New Year's Day hike - Lower MacLeay up to Pittock Mansion and back. Hilary & David & Julian (& Zack), Hanh & Kelly, Aurelius all attending. Cold day! Ice on the trail, but warming on the way back, and at least we were sheltered from the wind. Pho after!
15 Jan - quick Lower MacLeay up to 53rd and back again, probably only 45 min hiking. Very wet but warm - had on too many layers. Should have done without the long johns (combined with pants and rain pants - too much!). Need to re-waterproof boots, I am getting seepage. Sushiville after.
